One of the more inspirational emails I have received from my relatives since being away;

“There are times throughout our lives that make us reassess, reevaluate and review what we’re here for. What’s our purpose. What have we done and what could be done differently. And it’s times like these that we should not have regrets because we cannot change history. We can only learn from it, evolve and come out the other side having learnt something of value and have bettered ourselves in the process.”
